About H&H Accredited Training
|
Where did we come from?
H&H Accredited Training was established in 1994, working with Federal and State Government Departments in work experience and training programs for jobseekers and fee for service clients. H&H College was founded in 2001, initially responding to an increasing need for vocational training from the Non-English background and jobseekers of our community. H&H is a high quality Registered Training Organisation now specialising in the delivery of training in the Community Services, Business and Retail sectors.
Who are we now?
H&H is a leading provider of vocational education and training with more than 1,200 enrolments each year. H&H delivers a range of courses and services that reflect current industry needs.
Who are our trainers?
H&H recruits highly-qualified trainers in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF 2010), our trainers have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field they are training (most of our trainers have many more), a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (currently being updated), and qualifications/units of competency mapped to the training they deliver for H&H.
Our trainers regularly attend industry consultations; keep up-to-date with developments within the industry through memberships and H&H college updates. Our trainers are part of the team at H&H and involved in all aspects of delivering best outcomes for each student.

What are the benefits of enrolling with H&H?
Testimonial
"H&H Accredited Training demonstrates a great commitment to professional aged care training. Our organisation required an additional unit to be delivered for our own standards; this was implemented without a problem. This type of flexibility allows us to do what we do best with up skilled staff" Fiona Kellington-Murphy – Executive Manager People, Learning and Culture, UnitingCare Ageing Western Region. |
