Training Facilities
Modern, air-conditioned premises located close to public transport. In house facilities include telephones, photocopier, fax and computers with internet access, which are available for use by appointment. Microwaves, refrigerators and tea and coffee making facilities are also available.

Competency Based Training
Nationally Accredited courses delivered by H&H (RTO) are competency based. This means that training is based on units of competency developed by the relevant industry.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL involves the assessment of previously unrecognised skills and knowledge. Skills and knowledge can be gained by an individual either through formal education and training, or through work/life experiences, i.e. informal learning.

Enrolment
Students will be inducted on the first day of the training course. This will include all necessary information. Students are required to complete an enrolment form. All personal information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with Privacy Act.
