I have not studied for a long time, will my trainer offer additional support?
We have many students that have not studied since school days, we understand that initially it may be a bit daunting to complete assignments and be part of a classroom setting. Our trainers and staff are always available to discuss any issues you may be having with regards to studying.


Do I need experience in the industry to start a Certificate III level?
This is an entry level course, no experience is needed. You will be bringing your own life experiences to the college to start your qualification.


Are you close to public transport?
We are located in the main street of Granville, a 3 minute walk from Granville Train station, we have bus stops across the road from the college


After I pay my deposit, can I pay my fees in installments?
We will organise with you a payment plan that suits you in paying the course whilst you study with H&H.


How do I pay my fees?
We have many options to suit all our students.
Cash, Credit Card and Eftpos payments at the college.
Credit Card / Visa debit card payments over the phone, Direct Deposit into H & H Bank Account at ANZ Branch or
Direct Deposit through Bank Transfer.


I am an international student, can I do a course through H&H?
Unfortunately weare not registered to train International Students - we can recommend that you logon to http://cricos.deewr.gov.au
This website can direct you to all the courses and training colleges that cater to International Students in Australia.


When I have finished my Certificate III can I do Certificate IV with H&H?
We are always running classes to cater for those students wishing to further their studies. Please talk to the front reception about additional courses and enrolments.


Do I have to find my own work experience?
We have a huge selection of facilities in both aged care and child care that happily accept our students for work experience. We organise the placement and all the paperwork.
