Executive Assistant - Sarah Meredith

"I started with h&h in 2017 as a Coordinator and slowly moved around the company learning new roles and areas of the business with a focus on administration and Traineeship. Currently, my role of Executive Assistant is focusing on overseeing the administration department and providing support to the General Manager. I’ve recently completed my Diploma in Business and currently working towards my double Diploma of Leadership and Management."

Best study tip – Choose something that you’re interested in and enjoy when deciding to study.



Academic Consultant - Aaron Premia

"As an academic consultant I work very closely with students helping them choose the best course suits their interests. On choosing the course I assist the student through the enrolment process. A part of my job profile would be Business development as well. Where I am constantly researching business who have similar goals in interest to Job seekers and students for upskilling.
Traineeship has been an addition recently, which required me to meet existing clients and possible trainees interested in enrolling into Traineeship to further their growth in the industry.
My back ground is in Bachelors and Master’s in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering."

Best study tip - Be organised with the Units and study space and possible interaction as a group helps clear many concepts.



Online Consultant - Marriah Hopper

"I started at h&h in 2018 as a casual receptionist. I worked my way up to part-time then to fulltime I then moved on to become the distance coordinator from this position I have taken my knowledge that I have learnt and moved into another new role as online support, I have learnt a lot since working at h&h in the administrative side and look forward to learning more within this company."

Best study tip - Manage your time well and always ask questions.



Traineeship Coordinator - Mollie Werch

"I started with h&h in 2020 as the Traineeship Coordinator. Along with our trainers, I manage over 150 trainees. In 2016, I was employed as a Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care trainee and have since moved on to business administration roles, where I discover my talent for organisation and interest in rules and regulations. This has enabled me to assist our trainees, their supervisors and trainers throughout the lifecycle of the trainee. I am also studying my Certificate IV in Business as a trainee myself with h&h Accredited Training."

Best study tip – Create an organised space, free from distraction.



Distance Coordinator - Kayla Saliba



Course Coordinator - Olivia Brettle

"I am the daughter of the General Manager and the CEO’s granddaughter. I began with h&h in November 2019 doing scanning whilst nursing. A few short months later I decided the office environment was super friendly and possibly was a path I would enjoy. I took the chance and gained my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, I assist in Aged Care and Disability Distance Education. My full time role is Course Coordinator, I create the classes making sure everything runs smoothly for face-to-face classes at the college. I love my job and the team I work in."

Accounts and Administration Assistant – Gurmeet Kaur Bhullar

“I started with h&h in 2019 in part time Administration and slowly moved in my current role as Accounts and Administration Assistant. My responsibilities and duties include providing administrative support for Student Enrolments, Student Financial Administration, and Auditing and Printing Academic Certificates.. I’ve recently completed my Certificate III in Business and am now enrolled in Diploma in Business.”

Quality Assurance Officer - Sarika Biswas

"I joined h&h in 2019 (First job in Australia ),after moving from India and I love being a part of this company.
I previously worked in the Education sector, after completing my Bachelor of Education. I'm currently studying Certificate IV in Business Administration as a traineeship. I love being able to enjoy my hobbies of hiking and travelling around this beautiful country and spending free time with friends and family."

Best study tip -  6 month of focus and hard work can put you 5 years ahead in life. Don't underestimate the power of consistency and desire.



Administration - Megan Cataldo

"I started at h&h in July 2020 and currently work on front reception where I assist with incoming enquires and enrolments.
Prior to joining h&h I completed a Business Administration Traineeship and continued on to work in various administration roles with a Finance background.
I am now currently enrolled as a trainee with h&h Accredited Training to complete my Diploma of Business and I really look forward to learning more within my current role while being a part of a friendly and supportive team."

Best study tip - Be sure that you are interested in the qualification you choose to study as this will help you to work to the best of your ability towards your goals and don’t be afraid to ask for help!


Administration - Hunter Perfrement

"Hi I’m Hunter, I started with h&h in October of 2020 as one the Administration team. My role as an Administrator is to make sure that everyone’s day runs smoothly, from trainer to student. You can see me at Front Reception from Monday to Friday helping keep the h&h you know and love ticking along nicely. I have recently started a Traineeship for a Diploma in Business and look forward to growing my skills and myself with h&h."

Best study tip: Take time to figure out when you are at your most focussed. If you have more energy and focus at night allocate some time before or after dinner to study; you’ll find it much easier to finish things off when you’re motivated!
